On the other hand this will give me an opportunity to move into some summer brews.

I will definitely be making my Citra IPA because that is what I like to drink – my go to brew. I may make a double batch (10 gal.) and split it into two fermentors and experiment with different yeasts and different dry hopping.

I also am going to make a Summer Blonde Ale. I have found over the years that many people are still BMC drinkers and don’t always go for craft beers especially hoppy beers. I thought a nice blonde that was light and crisp would be a good way to introduce them to craft beer.

I thought I would ask what others brew up for summer. I am also looking at doing a cream ale.
