Fermenting: We Are The Dreamer of Dreams (NEIPA)I probably need to add an Irish Red to my line up. For me I’d like it to be ‘traditional’, but what does that mean and what Irish examples are out there? Would love to sample yours…and I recall a couple of others recently brewed by members that I also liked.
