I have attached a recipe that I am planning to make. The Grain build is theirs so I have little control over that.
I am making an American IPA going for more of a fruity flavor. I wanted to throw out my initial recipe and see if anyone had some advice or comments for me.
I am planning on using Propagate MIP-120 yeast.

I am a fan of late addition and dry hopping with Amarillo, so I like what you are going for. I went in a different direction with my entry and did a second mash with pale wheat and flaked oats. I’m shooting for a twist on a Kottbusser.
