    Good news everyone! I have several new things going on with this latest batch. I did my first ever lager (Marzenbier), and I got keg equipment. I’ll have it for the next meeting.

    P.S. a special surprise is I plan to bring my Triple for feedback Wednesday as well.

    What was the recipe you used for your Marzen? I really like the color.

    4.0 lbs Pilsner
    1.5 lbs Munich Light
    1.5 lbs Vienna
    1.0 lbs CasaMunich II
    0.5 lbs Aromatic Munich
    0.25 lbs Flaked Barley
    0.25 lbs Flaked Oats
    2 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh
    White Labs Oktoberfest/Marzen (WLP820)

    I start with 5 gal water and usually ends up with 4 gals.

    LOL…not so Sam! I had some this weekend! I liked it! Malty with a dry finish. 😋
