I was able to do a side-by-side tasting with another Olde Town Mash Paddler on Saturday. We compared my two Saisons; Haymaker and Golden Hen. I enjoyed both and they turned out as good as I hoped for. If I had a complaint, I guess I wished they were not so similar! I assumed the difference in grain bill and yeast selection would create more separation, but not so.
