In the latest issue of Zymurgy our esteemed member Ryan Pachmayer has an article on brewing with Kveik yeast. Ryan has several good tips on how to brew with Kveik and includes some recipes. If you are a member of AHA you should see it in your mailbox in the next few days or you can read it online.
I know Ryan spent a lot of time contacting pro brewers on their experience with Kveik yeast.
I have to tell you I am very impressed with the talent in our homebrew club and you guys have really helped me with my homebrewing (although I have a long way to go). So many of you have willingly shared your expertise.
Anyway read Ryan’s article and I for one plan on doing a few brews with Kveik.
