    Thanks for the info Even, as one of the noobs I had no idea the line would be that long. So…I will try to be on that same G line train coming from the Kipling station.

    Chuck, national IPA day sounds like a made up holiday for you, me and Gorden. And I agree that all breweries should give us free beer.

    4.0 lbs Pilsner
    1.5 lbs Munich Light
    1.5 lbs Vienna
    1.0 lbs CasaMunich II
    0.5 lbs Aromatic Munich
    0.25 lbs Flaked Barley
    0.25 lbs Flaked Oats
    2 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh
    White Labs Oktoberfest/Marzen (WLP820)

    I start with 5 gal water and usually ends up with 4 gals.

    Am I reading that graph right? Did your gravity go up before dropping? If so, any idea why that happens?
