    Looks like things are going well. How do you like your Tilt? Do you find they are pretty accurate, any problems? I looked at them but was nervous about spending the money if they did not work, on the other hand I cannot have too many brewing toys.

    I am trying to get my head around how to apply this to a BiaB situation since it is basically a FV mash. Maybe you have some thoughts on how to accomplish that.

    My own formula for IPAs is to increase bittering hops by 25%. I usually start with a recipe I have gotten elsewhere and start modifying it. I have generally been happy with the results of 25% increase for bittering. I am not so sure on flavor and aroma. This is all for pellets. For whole hops I am closer to a 50% increase but I do not use whole hops very often.
