Sam I can’t wait to try that beer. I have had a few Japanese green teas with roasted brown rice in them and they have a great flavor. I could see this working in a beer as well.

I will see if I can find something that will allow a daily digest. But moving only to topics will cut down a ton on your email box. Daily digests are not a standard feature in bbpress so if someone has made a plugin it may be possible.

Great feedback I will move the galaxy to flameout. My idea is to add all of the dry hops at high krusen. I want to get that bio-transformation.

We had Anchor Steam on tap at work last week and it really is a stellar beer. I haven’t had one in a long time until then and I have to say your beer color and head look really close to what we had. I can’t wait to try it!
